INSTRUÇÕES SOBRE SUBMISSÃO DE RESUMOS | ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Os resumos deverão ser em Inglês, com um máximo de 2000 caracterers (incluindo espaços) ou 300 palavras no corpo do texto (excluindo títulos, autores e afiliações). Todos os elementos devem caber e numa página única respeitando a formatação e tipo de letras indicados. Máximo de 3 resumos por participante (max 2 por tipologia, apresentação oral e/ou para poster) | Abstracts should be in English, with a maximum of 2000 characters (including spaces) or 300 words in text (excluding title, authors and affiliations). All  abstract elements must fit in a single page with the indicated formatting and font size. Maximum of 3 abstracts per scientist (max 2 per format, oral presentations and/or for posters). 

 

ABSTRACTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED USING THE FOLLOWING FORMAT

 

Title: In bold and capital letters. Font type and size: Arial 14.

 

Authors’ names and surnames, in order of authorship, separated by commas. If they belong to different institutions, after the surnames, a superscript number should be included referring to the corresponding institution of each author. The first author or, in such a case, the presenting author should be underlined. Authors’ names should be in bold. Font type and size: Arial 12 (For example: Johnny Bravo1 & Kim Possible2).

 

Authors’ institutions should include the postal address and the email address of the corresponding author. Font type and size: Arial 10.

As apresentações orais devem ser realizadas em inglês, e terão a duração de 15 minutos (apresentações regulares - 10' apresentação + 5' perguntas). As apresentações orais serão presenciais | Oral presentations should be presented in English and have a duration of 15 minutes (regular communications - 10' presentation + 5' questions). Oral presentations will be performed in person.

INSTRUÇÕES PARA POSTER | INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS

Os posters devem ser redigidos em Inglês com dimensão A0 (1189 mm x 841 mm; altura x largura) numa única página.  | Posters should be presented in English with the A0 dimension (1189 mm x 841 mm; height x width).

PRÉMIO MELHOR COMUNICAÇÃO | BEST COMMUNICATION AWARD

Serão atribuidos prémios à melhor apresentação oral e ao melhor poster  apresentados por estudantes ou jovens investigadores. A solicitação para inclusão na laista de comunicações a avaliar deve ser indicada no formulário de submissão de resumos. Apenas serão consideradas comunicações em que o apresentador seja o autor em avaliação. | Prizes will be awarded to the best oral presentation and to the best poster presented by students or young researchers. The request for inclusion in the list of communications to be evaluated must be indicated on the abstract submission form. Only communications in which the presenter is the author under evaluation will be considered.
